Valupak Folic Acid - contains 90 tablets (400mcg) – 1 tablet per day.

Folic Acid is recommended for women who are trying to get pregnant and should be taken for at least 12 weeks before conception and for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy to help reduce the risk of 'spina bifida'. Valupak folic acid contains 90 tablets which is suffient for 3 months supply.

Take one table per day with food or liquid.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of young children.

Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose.
