Instead Softcups, Femmecups and Gynotex Tampons are alternatives sanitary products.

The instead cups are often used by women that are trying to become pregnant to hold the sperm in place, next to the cervix, in order to aid pregnancy. They are also used by couples who are using donor sperm for pregnancy.

Gynotex tampons have not string so will not interupt your normal activities, you may also use them while having sexual intercourse.

Femmecup The Femmecup is a soft reusable menstrual cup; an alternative to tampons, it is made from FDA approved medical grade silicone. It is worn internally but unlike a tampon it collects the flow instead of absorbing it.	Instead Cups Instead Cup (Softcup) holds rather than absorbs menstrual fluid, you should be able to wear the Softcup twice as long as a tampon up to a maximum of 12 hours. Instead cups are also used by couples who are TTC.
Gynotex Soft Tampons The Gynotex soft tampons are sterilised and separately packed. The purpose of the tampon is to close off the cervix. This makes intercourse during your monthly period possible and hygienic too.
