A woman’s fertility starts to decline after she reaches 30, F.S.H. (follicle stimulating hormone) is intimately involved with a woman’s fertility.
Rising levels of FSH tend to be associated with reduced fertility. FSH is the hormone that maintains the regular function of your ovaries and sex hormones, knowing if these levels are increasing is a useful aid to assesing your fertility.
