Q1. We have been trying to conceive for the last 12 months is there anything that might help us get pregnant?
A1. The best products to help you are ovulation tests. If you know when you are ovulating you can time your intercourse better which will help maximise your chances of conceiving.
Q2. Does Pre-seed help you get pregnant?
A2. Pre-seed has been speically formulated to be friendly to sperm, it is PH balanced and therefore won't harm them in anyway - in fact it actually makes it easier for the little swimmers to get to where they need to be (compared with other lubricants).
Q3. How will my order be sent to me?
A3. We send all orders out in plain white/brown jiffy envelopes with no reference to the contents inside.
Q4. How will I be billed, what will show on my credit card?
A4. You will be billed by SME Fertility Ltd, on your bank/credit card statment it will show as SMEF Order. This is for your privacy.
Q5. How much do you charge for postage?
A5. We charge £1.95 for 1st Class Postage - this includes shipping to Europe.
