Recording your basal body temperature, bbt, with a digital basal body thermometer is an accurate way of confirming ovulation. Chart your basal body temperature and predict your most fertile time of the month when conception is most likely to occurred.
During ovulation your temperature wil rise by up to 0.02 degree and stay elevated throughout the second half of your cycle (Luteal Phase) It is this rise in body temperature, detected on your basal body thermometer, that confirms ovulation has taken place. Ovulation is the release of the egg by the ovaries, it is during this time that pregnancy can occur.
Using a digital basal body thermometer can greatly increase you chances of becoming pregnant.
